Most Super Friends use a fast, capable model that handles conversation well. For roles that benefit from careful reasoning — a financial advisor, an executive coach, certain clinical Super Friends — you can enable deeper thinking. Deep thinking is about five times richer per minute, which is why it draws on your tokens more quickly.
Conversations pause until you top up or upgrade. If you've opted in, we'll automatically add a $25 top-up so you don't have to think about it — otherwise, nothing happens without your say-so. Your worlds, Super Friends, and memories stay intact regardless.
Yes — for three months from when you purchased them. After that they retire so we can offer fresh value. You'll see what's about to expire well in advance.
Yes. As a world owner, you can choose to cover everyone in your world — guests join without payment info and their conversations draw from your tokens. If you'd rather guests bring their own, they'll need their own balance to participate.
Yes. Cancel from your account settings; no calls, no friction. Your remaining tokens stay good through their expiry. We don't issue refunds, but you keep what you've already paid for.
Your world is isolated at the database row level. We do not train models on your conversations. Inviting someone into your world is an explicit, reversible act.
