After your trial ends, you'll need to choose a plan to continue accessing your world. Your data, conversations, and memories are safely stored — you won't lose anything. You can upgrade any time before or after the trial ends.
Each time you have a conversation with a persona, we measure the duration of the session in minutes. The per-minute rate is applied to the total minutes used across all personas in your world for the billing period. For example, on the Starter plan, 60 minutes of conversations would cost $6.00 in usage fees on top of your $9.99/month base fee.
Yes! The world owner pays the monthly base fee. Invited members join your world under your subscription. However, each member's usage (minutes per persona) contributes to the world's usage bill for the month. Members don't pay their own monthly fees — all billing goes through the world owner.
Yes. Each AI persona maintains a persistent memory of your conversations, including the details you've shared about yourself, your goals, your preferences, and your history together. This memory grows more detailed over time, allowing your personas to provide increasingly personalized guidance. Your memories are stored securely and are private to your world.
Absolutely. Your world is isolated from all other worlds using row-level security in our database. No one outside your world can access your conversations or memories. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're hosted on AWS with enterprise-grade security.
Our personas are primarily powered by Anthropic's Claude models, which are known for thoughtful, nuanced responses. We also use OpenAI's GPT-4 models for certain capabilities. The exact model used is optimized per-persona based on the type of expertise required.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from World Settings → Subscription. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate.
